Our schedule is built for balance. Expect three weeks of weekend breaks and one week with a mid-week reset every month. On average, drivers run 2,100 miles weekly, with options for more miles if you're looking to boost your earnings. Our routes are concentrated in the Northeast, featuring no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations to keep your hauls efficient. Familiarity with 10-speed manual trucks is a must, so you can handle every mile with confidence.

Earnings range from $1,100 to $1,600 per week, with a minimum pay guarantee of $1,060 to ensure steady income. Based in Dover, Delaware, zip code 19902, this role offers the ideal mix of road time and home time for drivers who value both stability and freedom.

Our three-day orientation sets you up for success, covering your travel, meals, and lodging while providing compensation. You'll hit the road in a modern fleet featuring 2016 or newer International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths. Each truck is outfitted with a 1500-watt inverter and Opti-idle technology to enhance your comfort, with the option to take your truck home if you have secure parking.

We're looking for drivers 21 or older with a valid CDL A license and six months of tractor-trailer experience in the last year or one year within the last three years.
