You'll drive 10-speed manual trucks, bringing you the balance of the open road and quality time at home. With an average of 2,100 miles per week, three out of every four weekends off, and one mid-week reset, you can count on a steady schedule to recharge.

Let's talk about pay. You'll be looking at weekly earnings from $1,100 to $1,600, depending on your experience and miles. For those days when things don't go as planned, we guarantee minimum pay protection of $1,060 each week for your peace of mind. Our home base is in Baltimore, Maryland, zip code 21202, but you'll stay close to your favorite routes, with miles that keep you both moving and within reach of home.

We make onboarding easy with a three-day orientation that covers the basics, from breakfast and lunch to travel and lodging. You'll get acquainted with our fleet, including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 10-speed manuals, 1500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle. If you have a safe spot at home to park, feel free to take your truck with you.

We're looking for drivers with at least six months of recent tractor-trailer experience or a year within the past three. If you're 21 or older and hold a valid CDL A license, we're ready for you to hit the road with us.
