Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Account Manager to lead and manage our social media team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to promote film releases and other digital content. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in social media management, digital marketing, and team leadership. This role involves staying on top of industry trends, optimizing content strategies, and driving measurable results across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the social media team, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to promote new film releases and other content.

Oversee the creation, curation, and management of published content (images, videos, written, and audio) across all social media platforms.

Monitor, engage, and respond to users on social media to cultivate leads and sales.

Drive online advocacy and explore cross-promotion opportunities.

Expand community and influencer outreach efforts.

Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.

Compile reports on social media performance, showcasing ROI and areas for improvement.

Act as a social media advocate for the company, engaging in dialogue and answering user questions.

Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans backed by data-driven testing and metrics.

Implement strategies to capture and manage customer online reviews, monitoring online ratings and responding proactively.

Stay updated on the latest trends in social media tools, platforms, and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

7–10 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

Strong consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

Proven experience with social networking and social analytics tools.

Solid understanding of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.

In-depth knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a detail- and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the entertainment industry, particularly in film promotion.

Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
