Full-time Job Summary/Objective: The Director of HCP Marketing for VALTOCO is responsible for leading strategic direction, execution and measurement of all HCP marketing strategies, tactics and activities to deliver on brand objectives. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Role requires strong strategic acumen, leadership skills, and adaptability to a fast paced competitive therapeutic area. Essential Job Functions: Develop and deliver HCP strategies and tactical planning, including the annual brand business plan. Develop programs, services, and content to deliver the optimal experience for HCPs while supporting brand objectives. Develop appropriate HCP and Payer messaging, programs, and materials for Plan of Action (POA) meetings and national sales meetings. Work closely with Director of Digital Marketing to establish strategic direction for HCP digital strategies and tactics. Leverage existing relationships with KOLs, payers, patient advocacy groups, key customers, and other appropriate stakeholders to identify customer needs, and drive appropriate product adoption. Frequently interact and collaborate with many cross-functional team members including Patient Marketing, Training, Advocacy, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Corporate Communications/PR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal. Develop and closely manage the HCP marketing budget. Oversee all agency relationships, execution, and timely performance. Lead Sales Advisory Committee. Analyze qualitative and quantitative market data to generate a deeper understanding of the customer, brand, disease area, and market. Develop and deliver presentations to a range of internal team members (i.e., executives, leadership team, sales). Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. High-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategy. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues. Proven self-starter, able to work independently, handle full workload across multiple projects. Collaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and execution. Strong oral and written communication skills. Spends approximately 90% of work time sitting and meeting with others or working at a desk and/or computer. Spends approximately 10% of work time standing or walking within the work area or at meetings and bends, twists, stoops and reaches. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 10 pounds. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. Travel Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 30% Minimum Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on HCP marketing.
