An exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion! As a Learning and Capability Partner, you'll create and deliver engaging, confidence-boosting learning experiences for kaimahi (employees).
You'll design, develop, and reimagine learning solutions using various methodologies, from virtual and in-person workshops to eLearning. Partnering with subject matter experts, you'll build and deliver training that enhances our kaimahi's capability and helps them provide outstanding support to tangata whaiora (clients) and their whānau.
A background in the Health and Disability sector is a plus, but your ability to connect with
adult learners and deliver impactful training
is what we value most. Regular overnight travel will be part of the role, supporting services across the Midland region and occasionally Auckland. We're keen to hear from people who have: A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g.,
New Zealand Certificate in Adult Teaching/Education, Level 5 ) Experience in the health/disability sector, ideally working with tangata whaiora At least three years of experience in facilitation, education, or training Proven skills in creating diverse training materials (eLearning, videos, webinars, etc.) Strong facilitation skills for group and individual learning A solid understanding of adult learning principles The ability to make sound decisions that balance kaimahi needs and organisational goals Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills A full New Zealand driver's licence, with flexibility to travel as needed We pride ourselves on a positive team culture, where support, collaboration, and fun are part of our daily routine.
