Job BriefResponsible for the administrative management of care provided to persons receiving services living in assigned residences. Directly supervises Assistant Director of Residential Services, Residential Administrative Support Assistant, and Director of Nutrition Services.

POSITION DUTIES:Provides direction and training to the Assistant Director of Residential Services, Residential Administrative Support Assistant, Director of Nutrition Services, BIS, Recreation Coordinator, and QIDPs in areas related to the daily operation of all residences. Sets performance standards and provides modeling, support, and training needed for staff to achieve standards. Liaison with the Agency’s training department to ensure all training needs are addressed. Oversees monitoring of the Residential Habilitation Plans, IPOPs, staff support billing forms, and Monthly Notes for accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Conducts regularly scheduled and special team meetings with Management and Clinical Personnel to address issues related to the people receiving our services. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Agency policy and procedures. Participates as a member of the Quality Improvement Reviews conducted by the Quality Management Department. Reviews results/recommendations and ensures that appropriate corrective actions are taken. Ensures management personnel implements recommendations made by the incident review committee within set time frames. Provides oversight to Supervisors to ensure scheduling, deployment, and payroll is completed for each shift within budgetary guidelines. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, supervising, evaluating, and providing guidance to management personnel. Develops and ensures implementation of the plan of corrective action for all audits. Participates in the development and oversight of the budget for each residence. Provides oversight for personal and agency funds. Ensures all residences are clean, safe, and well maintained at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field required. M.S. preferred.
Knowledge of applicable Home and Community based waiver services and IRA and/or ICF requirements.
Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience and working with people with developmental disabilities.
Must be able to provide weekend administrative coverage as scheduled and work flexible hours as needed.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
