Branch Management provides leadership that models the Travis Credit Union (TCU) Mission, Vision and Core Values with an emphasis on member experience, asset growth, efficient operations and the professional development of employees. Branch Management not only works within the branch environment, but also has a focus on external activities that grow our business and make an impact in the communities we serve. Branch Management, at a high level, is responsible for educating members, employees and the local community about our Mission, Vision and Awesome Cause. Profile:

Understands and models the Mission, Vision, Core Values and Awesome Cause with both employees and members. Supports the career development of employees through consistent coaching, professional development and purposeful career pathing steps. Develops and inspires a highly disciplined and productive branch team focused on delivering exceptional member service and offering solutions to improve members' financial lives by tailoring value-add recommendations with TCU products, services and digital solutions. Achieves assigned branch production and growth goals by influencing the effective and consistent behaviors of the employees in their member conversations; ensures Client Relationship Management system (CRM) productivity with member interactions. Collaborates with business partners to proactively acquire new business relationships and expand existing business relationships. Responsible for business development activities and represents the credit union in the community by participating in events; serving on boards and/or committees that are working to improve the communities we serve is encouraged. Represents TCU at Awesome Cause events. Responsible for operational audits, regulations and profitability expectations. Facilitates consensus in group settings and develops positive working relationships throughout the organization. Negotiates conflict, influences others and solves problems to achieve positive outcomes. Identifies and communicates improvement gaps in People, Process or Technology practices, collaborating with other business units as necessary. Properly empowers those who will be held accountable for the successful completion of projects and/or attainment of goals with shared ownership. Manages and leads staff through a changing environment and resolves stressful situations with tact and diplomacy. Self-directed and uses independent judgment to make decisions and escalate issues to senior management. Sales management skills including prospecting, cross selling, pipeline and activity management. Strong professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership and coaching qualities that builds teamwork and consistent productivity behaviors. Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Outlook and Excel) and can navigate multiple technical systems, periodically in a self-taught environment. Reporting and Experience:

Branch Manager:

Reports directly to assigned AVP, Regional Manager. Direct supervisory responsibility for Branch Supervisor. Overall supervisory responsibilities for all branch staff. Responsible for member financial health, business development and community engagement. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services or related role. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Sr. Branch Manager:

Reports directly to assigned AVP, Regional Manager. Direct supervisory responsibility for Branch Supervisor. Overall supervisory responsibility for all branch staff. May oversee additional branches as assigned, along with associated community relationships and external business development programs. High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years' experience in financial services or related role. Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role. Working Conditions:

Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available and usually sedentary in nature. Must be flexible with work schedule to include working Saturdays. Understands the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and ensures compliance through monitoring and reporting of member activity as appropriate. Compensation:

Base salary starting range is commensurate with experience. Branch Manager:

Grade 14 $71,843.20/annually - $88,753.60/annually Sr. Branch Manager:
