International Support Group (ISG) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities through various cleaning tasks. Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of floors, walls, and ceilings.
- Clean and maintain high-traffic areas, including hallways, corridors, and lobbies.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Clean and organize offices, including desks, chairs, and file cabinets.
- Maintain and clean all facilities, equipment, and furniture.
- Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including cleaning of machinery and equipment.
- Perform porter duties, including trash removal, recycling, and restocking supplies.
- Use specialized equipment, including floor care machines and buffing equipment.
- Follow standard cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

-One year previous experience in custodial work or facilities maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with industrial and commercial cleaning methods and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Skills:

- Experience with floor care and buffing equipment.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques and materials.
