Key Responsibilities:
Custodial duties: Maintain commercial spaces through routine cleaning and light maintenance.
General Cleaning: Clean, sanitize, and organize objects and spaces. Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting public areas, hallways, lobbies, walls, and other designated areas.
Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
Trash Removal: Empty waste receptacles and disposal of garbage in designated areas.
Floor Care: Clean, maintain, and restore floor surfaces. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors by sweeping, mopping, and polishing, as necessary. Remove stains and spills promptly to prevent accidents.
Window and Glass Cleaning and Buffing: Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors throughout the hotel, ensuring they are free from streaks and smudges. Even the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tool.
Furniture and Fixture Cleaning: Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
Carpet Care: Vacuum carpets and perform spot cleaning to remove stains or spills. Perform carpet wash on a regular basis as needed.
Public Area Maintenance: Clean, tidy and maintain cleanliness and order in public areas such as Breakfast Hall, lobbies, elevators, hallways, staircases, lounges, swimming pool area, fitness centers, gardens, areas surrounding Vanllee Hotels property and other public areas.
Plant Care: Water, fertilize, and provide general care for plants, flowers, and shrubs to promote healthy growth and vibrant colors.
Weed Control: Identify and remove weeds from garden beds, pathways, and other landscaped areas to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
Pest Management: Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases and take appropriate measures to control and prevent infestations. This may involve applying pesticides or seeking assistance from specialized professionals.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs.
Safety and Compliance: Follow proper safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Adhere to Vanllee Hotel policies and procedures, including health and sanitation regulations.
