Program Director
to lead our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality programs. Your Role: As a Program Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of vulnerable children. Your responsibilities will include: Clinical Leadership:
Overseeing clinical operations, providing supervision to therapists, and ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Program Leadership:
Directly supervising and supporting clinical staff and non-clinical staff including wrap facilitators, family partners, administrative, and other support personnel. Program Development:
Designing and implementing innovative programs tailored to the needs of those supported. Team Management:
Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of professionals. Community Partnerships:
Building strong relationships with community organizations and advocating for our participants. Financial Management:
Managing budgets, ensuring financial sustainability, and maximizing resources. Requirements: Licensure:
A minimum of 2 years as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing. Clinical Experience:
Advanced clinical skills and experience working with children who have experienced trauma, loss, or abuse. Driver's License:
A valid driver's license and a good driving record. Medi-Cal Experience:
Experience with Medi-Cal processes and billing (Cal-AIM). Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone/text, email, and virtual meeting manners. Organizational Abilities:
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Leadership Skills:
