OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Director of Implementation Services is responsible for project management, team management, and quality of customer-focused delivery. The Director will apply expert knowledge of the Implementation process and large project process, operational know-how, provide strategic direction, make decisions and solve complex problems to move the business forward while managing an integrated team of Implementation Project Managers and Specialists. The Director will generate timelines, cost estimates, set project budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets as well as meet the needs of the client organization. This person will oversee and support multiple implementation projects and may be asked to act as the Implementation Leader in one or more projects. In addition, the Director will work under the direction of the VP Operations & Implementation to define and execute strategies.

Responsible for a defined book of clients and all associated client Implementation projects
Develop KPIs for the team and reporting of performance metrics including metrics relative to performing against project budget, quality, and schedule
Establish clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies and development plans for each member on the team:
Coach, mentor and develop team members
Ensure team members are appropriately trained to handle day-to-day activities
Provide coaching and performance feedback through one-on-one meetings, staff meetings and other communication as appropriate and in accordance with company policies
Provide performance data and feedback about team to VP Operations & Implementation on the schedule requested
Responsible for applying expert knowledge of the implementation and large project process, applying strategic direction, making decisions and solving complex problems to move the business forward while managing the integrated team
Allocate resources based on project demand
Proactively lead the identification, design, & implementation of process improvements
Support associates in problem solving
Act as escalation point for team members
Maintain a highly skilled team of Implementation Project Managers and Specialists
Profitably manage clients and their associated Implementation projects.
Responsible for the execution, delivery, communication and quality of projects and implementations for both internal and external customers
Oversee management and remediation process for issues and risks in projects and implementations
Maintain an expert knowledge level on DCI (Direct Care Innovations) software
May be asked to lead one or more projects as needed
Travel based on company need is a requirement. Travel up to 30% of the time during certain periods may be necessary
Performs other job-related duties as requested

KEY TECHNOLOGIES AND SKILLS
Project management leadership experience; PMP Required
Knowledge of Implementation operations and budgetary strategies, planning, execution, and project life cycle methodologies
Experience with Workflow and process modeling
Expert level of core Project Management skills: effective communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts, scheduling & time management, leadership, technical expertise, risk management, critical thinking & problem solving, and building commitment within the team
Proficient with MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. MS Project experience a plus
Proficient with MS Office 365 specifically Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years experience in a leadership role managing software and IT teams and related implementations
3-5 years experience in project management, demonstrating expert level application of core skills, and project life cycle methodologies
Bachelors Degree in business or technology related field; Masters Degree preferred.
Experience working with users defining current processes, formulating recommendations, and mapping those to available solutions
Ability to analyze and solve problems as well as document solutions
Ability to communicate effectively, coordinate multiple duties simultaneously
