e-Discovery Litigation Technology Electronic Processing Center Team Supervisor (formerly Project Supervisor position title)
to assist in the work of the Electronic Processing Center (EPC), Litigation Support Services (LSS), Antitrust Division (ATR), U.S. Department of Justice, Washington, D.C. 20001.
This is a supervisory position while providing e-Discovery litigation support (document review, electronic file processing/loading) with legal technology software applications such as Relativity, iCONECT, iPRO, Encase, etc.
Period of Performance:
Date of Hire through May 31, 2022, with potential for annual extensions.
This position is to be performed on-site/in office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break, except federal holidays or otherwise noted.

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must obtain a U.S. government security clearance, Public Trust (active clearance preferred).
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously.
Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support; excellent writing skills; and excellent oral communication skills.
Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing needs.
Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment.
Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.
Undergraduate degree required; technical certification or other pertinent graduate degree preferred.
Experience in multi-tasking is required.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Supervise the litigation support team while also completing tasks of a Data Specialist II.
Use advanced knowledge of eDiscovery processes to provide exceptional service to customer clients and case teams.
Works under the direction of the Project Manager and assists in the management of staffing and tasks handled by the EPC.
Serves as the technical lead for electronic files processing.
Logs, tracks, and assigns tasks received in ATR’s Case Media and Tracking System database (CMTS).
