Utilize your International Trade Compliance expertise in a manufacturing and distribution environment to lead a global Trade Compliance team. You will leverage your technical experience and knowledge to achieve Trade Compliance across ADI Global Distribution. You are expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support sales, procurement, manufacturing, distribution and various initiatives as the subject matter expert. As the International Trade Compliance Director, you have the primary responsibility to respond and manage all inquiries and challenges from Customs Authorities. As the compliance leader, you will be expected to stay abreast of all the regulatory changes, accelerate innovation and process improvement while influencing and driving a continuous improvement culture related to compliance. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship. JOB DUTIES:

Manage Import, Export, and international trade activities globally. Set a global strategy to minimize duties with programs such as Trade Preference Programs, in-bond movements, and recovery of paid duties such as drawback. Manage all responses to inquiries and challenges from the various Customs Authorities. Participate in strategic planning with other functional groups. Manage compliance with Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations. Primary contact for U.S. CTPAT and administer supply chain security program across the enterprise. Address trade related inquiries from customers, suppliers and service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, 3PL, Customs Agents, Professional Service providers, etc.). Ensure compliance through periodic reviews and audits. Develop and conduct training as necessary. Provide technical support to the global trade compliance team. Perform all administrative functions related to the team (budgets, reviews, etc.). Lead to drive continuous improvement culture. YOU MUST HAVE:

15+ years of comprehensive experience in Trade Compliance. A Bachelor’s degree is required. WE VALUE:

Advanced degrees, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Juris Doctor (JD). Significant experience and knowledge in international trade laws; ability to work with various regulatory bodies. Considerable working knowledge in all aspects of international trade: Classification, Valuation, Origin, trade agreements, CTPAT, Export Controls; import and export Declarations, anti-boycott, OFAC sanctions, Transportation, Dangerous Goods, and Logistics or relevant functions in Integrated Supply Chain. Think independently and handle multiple simultaneous projects through to completion. Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross-functional teams. Independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, and professional demeanor. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. First-rate oral and written communication skills. The typical base salary for this role ranges from USD $186,758 to $324,908 per year but varies by specific work location. For example, the base salary for this role in

Melville, NY is $214,772 to $373,645 per year and New York City, NY is $224,110 to $389,890.

Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience. This role is eligible to participate in the Resideo Bonus Plan (RBP) subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. You can earn an annual bonus of 20% of your annual salary. This percent will be prorated based on your hire date. Business performance against pre-established financial goals for the fiscal year will determine 100% of the bonus payment amount. If your first day of eligibility under the Plan is after November 1st, you are not eligible for an RBP payout in March of the following year. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.
