Major Duties and Responsibilities Supply Chain Operations Support Handle all customer and internal inquiries timely and professionally Monitor shipments in transit by exception to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met Monitor successful EDI transmission and data integrity of Exp.o Audit files for accurate and timely invoicing Measure performance goals and KPIs at an aggregate level Performance Management Statistical and performance reporting Internal and external training Confirm data integrity of internal and customer facing reports Develop and maintain network monitors and dashboards Create new and ad hoc reports that help manage customer expectations Short and long term problem resolution through root cause analysis Effectively use all available data analysis tools and resources to routinely mine network data for trends, anomalies, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement Identify and maintain a constant pipeline of cost and process improvement projects Effectively manage projects through to completion Qualifications Broad knowledge of global logistics and supply chain management concepts Solid understanding of Expeditors' systems and processes Proficient in MS Excel Effective communicator, both written and oral Detail oriented and analytical problem solver Team player Benefits Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick Time Health Plan: Medical Life Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Personnel Development Program
