About the Role: As Adlumin continues its hypergrowth, we’re looking for a data-driven individual to join our Marketing team as the Head of Global Demand Generation. In this role, you will lead a team of demand generation managers focused on our demand generation efforts, driving strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand generation for a 100% channel-focused organization and possess strong leadership and strategic skills.
Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for generating new business and expansion pipeline for our solutions. Drive the activation strategy and calendar for integrated, full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns. Own campaign activation via email, webinars, events, content, partners, and third-party programs, with an emphasis on scaled digital experiences. Collaborate closely with other leaders driving pipeline across Paid Marketing, Web Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to continuously monitor and forecast pacing to target, diagnose issues, and implement creative strategies to fill gaps where needed. Partner with sales and sales development teams to optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel, from lead to marketing-qualified lead (MQL), sales-qualified lead (SQL), opportunity, and close. Implement strategies to enhance lead qualification processes and increase the efficiency of pipeline progression. Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing A/B testing and other metrics to refine strategies. Establish and maintain partnerships with external agencies and vendors to support demand generation initiatives.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of related experience at B2B SaaS companies, with expertise in demand generation for a PLG business model. 5+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams. Demonstrated success in running multi-channel campaigns targeting the North America, EMEA and NZ regions, consistently achieving pipeline targets. A strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including buyer personas, industry trends and customer pain points. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems and analytics tools (Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, optimize and report on campaign performance, and make strategic adjustments based on data. Experience working closely with sales teams to align demand generation efforts and ensure successful lead handoff and pipeline acceleration. Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing marketing teams, fostering a results-oriented, collaborative culture. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and results clearly to various stakeholders. US Work Authorization.
