The Head of Demand Generation will be instrumental in driving growth and brand awareness for DataSnipper's suite of products by leading high-impact demand generation initiatives.
This role collaborates closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Business Development teams to attract high-intent leads and grow market presence across key segments. Responsible for strategic campaign planning and execution, budget management, and performance tracking, you will leverage your industry knowledge to expand demand in new and existing segments across all relevant channels. Supported by a cutting-edge marketing tech stack, you will also play a crucial role in optimizing and advancing our tech capabilities.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy : Develop and execute a robust demand generation program designed to drive high-quality leads, prioritizing quality over volume where it counts. A core element of this strategy will focus on raising awareness for DataSnipper's brand in New Industries that will spark our future growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling campaigns that educate prospects on their challenges and enhances DataSnipper's authority as a solution leader in the industry. Team Leadership and Development : Opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end demand generation function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Campaign Planning : Execute innovative and effective lead generation campaigns through digital channels, events, channel partnerships, and thoughtfully crafted email campaigns. Make sure these are integrated within other GTM teams, processes and channels. Budget Management and Forecasting : Oversee demand generation budgets, accurately forecast performance expectations, and continually assess performance metrics to ensure pipeline targets are met. Funnel Optimization : Analyze conversion rates and identify bottlenecks within the sales funnel, creating targeted campaigns to improve flow through each stage of the buyer's journey. Continuous Experimentation : Drive a culture of experimentation and creativity, testing new tactics and channels to uncover fresh growth opportunities. Technology Stack Optimization : Contribute to enhancing our tech stack's efficiency, and future-fit by optimizing with new means like AI. You're well-versed in metrics like MQLs, SQLs, and Opportunities across a MODERN B2B funnel
This position reports to the VP of Demand Generation, Remco de Vries.
Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 5 years in Demand Generation or digital marketing within B2B tech environments, with proven expertise in leveraging digital channels for lead generation and brand building. Leadership Skills : At least 3 years of experience in people management, with a track record of developing, motivating, and leading high-performing teams. Creative Campaign Planning : Demonstrated creativity in designing standout campaigns that go beyond conventional methods (e.g., beyond "download our e-book" approach). Highly motivated by numbers : Not hitting your pipeline number bothers you beyond compare, and lights a fire to do better. Collaboration : Strong commercial awareness, adept at translating sales needs into actionable marketing campaigns, with a history of working effectively with Sales, CS and BDR to maximize lead follow-up. Analytical and Technical Skills : Proficient in data analysis and strategic decision-making, utilizing tools like HubSpot, 6Sense, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and tracking links. Communication : Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder, able to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels, up and down. Can-do mindset : Fast growth comes with leaps and bounds, bets and experiments. You don't shy away from a challenge, while keeping realism in mind.
