About this role:The BI Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting teams to measure and enhance operational quality and efficiency as part of our continuous improvement initiatives. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for developing robust BI and data structures. The BI Analyst leverages data analysis and visualization tools to monitor, refine, and optimize processes and systems in partnership with internal Subject Matter Experts.What You'll Do:Solve complex problems and effectively manage ambiguity and unexpected changesAnalyze large volumes of data and develop insightful dashboards to provide C-Suite and senior leadership with critical insights for informed decision-makingGain a deep understanding of various business units and company initiatives to conduct fact-based analyses that address and resolve identified issuesUtilize emerging technologies to devise strategies and solutions that enhance business productivityDevelop, perform, and provide reporting and detailed analyses with the objective of improving processes and systems across functions, ensuring sustainable scalability of dataWhat you’ll need:Experience1-3 years business/analysis experience preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, i.e., pivot tables, power query, automation/macrosHands-on experience with designing and developing reports and dashboards using Power BIProficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validationAbility to understand the data, its underlying source and processes, and draw meaningful conclusions from the resultsStrong ability to work with large quantities of detailed data from multiple sourcesExperience with AI tools and techniques to enhance data analysis and reportingPowerPoint and think-cell chartingAnalytic SkillsStrong critical thinking or “creative problem solving” skillsExceptional analytic skills and attention to detailExcellent ability to understand business processesStrong ability to manage constantly shifting priorities and requirements. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD.
