Project manager/Operator needed for a demolition company. Job will consist of managing a job site. In and out of state work. 3 years experience in the demolition field. Please do not apply if you do not have the experience. Travel is required to North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee, Texas and Mississippi.

General responsibilities will include:

1.Coordinating, overseeing, and labor at various demolition jobs.
2.Maintain equipment and tools.
3.Establish work zones
4.Evaluate new procedures, processes, and equipment
5.Secure supplies, materials and equipment for daily work projects.
6.Train employees in safety matters, procedures and equipment operation
7.Address errors and complaints
8.Perform related duties as to specific assignments
9.Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution
10.Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, citizens, and others, maintain confidentiality
11. Be able to multi-task
12. Out of town work a must

A ten year job history on your resume is required

High School diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Experience being a Foreman on a construction or demolition job sites

Class A driver license
