**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager/Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing and estimating large-scale heavy civil projects, particularly in areas such as bridges, highways, and excavation. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can lead projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating within the heavy civil construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects such as bridges, highways, and excavation.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to heavy civil projects.
- Proficiency in project management and estimating software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
