Ridgeline Management Company is dedicated to creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day for our residents and employees. The Activity Director plans, organizes, and implements all community-sponsored activity programs for the residents. The Activity Director is responsible for social services as assigned by the Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Develops, plans, organizes, and implements resident activities in cooperation with appropriate resident support groups and community departments. Consults and works with other departments in developing appropriate activities in cooperation with appropriate resident support groups and community departments. Consults and works with other departments in developing appropriate activities as they relate to the physical, emotional, and social needs of the individual residents. Prepares and distributes a monthly activity schedule. Displays mature behavior and attitude in speech and action; demonstrates consistently pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, supports the mission statement and approach to care used by the community. Maintains an acceptable attendance record; notifies supervisor if late or unable to work in accordance with personnel policies; follows the assigned work schedule.
