IndySchool Consultancy is leading the search for the next Head of School at Central Montessori Academy in Cincinnati, Ohio, for a July 2025 appointment.
Job Overview
The Head of School is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the school. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in education administration, curriculum development, and leadership. The Head of School will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and the community to create an enriching educational environment that fosters student growth and success.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the school’s educational programs and curriculum.
Manage daily operations, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Supervise faculty and staff, providing guidance and support to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Engage in strategic planning to set long-term goals for the school’s growth and development.
Oversee fundraising initiatives to secure financial support for school programs and projects.
Foster relationships with parents, students, and community members to promote a positive school culture.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in education administration or a similar leadership role within an educational setting.
Strong skills in managing teams, supervising staff, and fostering professional development.
Experience working directly with students in various capacities.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and curriculum development.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,911.00 - $100,000.00 per year
