Optomi, in partnership with a global media conglomerate, is seeking a Scrum Master for a hybrid position located in Orlando, FL. This Scrum Master will be involved with data platform/product initiatives. This candidate will have previous experience leading teams in two-week sprint cycles and proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools.

- Previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data Products and Platforms team to elevate the customer experience.
- Drive data-driven initiatives to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
- Oversee the seamless integration of IT systems across multiple restaurant locations.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with team objectives and organizational goals.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments that could block team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback sessions.
- Uphold adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Create and deliver comprehensive reports to executive leadership on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Represent the Scrum team’s interests and updates in executive-level meetings.
- Develop and manage dashboards to provide high-level visibility into project performance.
- Act as a bridge between executive stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication.
- Present sprint achievements and project milestones to senior leadership.
