9+ Month Contract

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (open to other functional role experience)
• Experience working in Jira (open to other platforms)

Plusses:

• ClarityPPM experience
• Strong experience with IT systems related to data products and platforms.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms used in customer experience enhancements.
• Prior work with organizations focused on hospitality or entertainment industries.

Day-to-Day:

• Collaborate with the Data Products and Platforms team
• Work on data-driven projects to optimize operations and improve service delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to align project deliverables with broader team and company goals.
• Support project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.

In this role, you will facilitate Agile Scrum processes within our organization while also taking on key responsibilities for executive reporting and high-level meetings.

Scrum Master Duties

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and obstacles hindering the team's progress
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback sessions
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles

Executive Reporting and Meetings

• Prepare and deliver regular reports to executive leadership on project status, risks, and key performance indicators
• Attend and contribute to executive-level meetings, representing the Scrum team's interests and progress
• Develop and maintain dashboards for high-level project visibility
• Facilitate communication between executive stakeholders and the development team
• Present sprint outcomes and project milestones to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in preparing executive-level reports and presentations
