Position-: Scrum Master with Java, Azure

Location-: Dallas , TX – Onsite (need local only )

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support the Team: Serve as a coach for the development team, product owner, and stakeholders in understanding and applying Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of work.

• Promote Agile Practices: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the team to reflect and iterate on their processes.

• Team Empowerment: Enable self-organizing teams to achieve goals, emphasizing accountability and ownership.

• Manage Metrics: Track and report on team performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to provide transparency and insights into progress.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Facilitate communication between the team and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on priorities.

• Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and encourage healthy, constructive team dynamics.
