Vice President, Peacock Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

to bring innovative thinking, strong analytical skills and operational rigor to help grow our business.

As Vice President, Peacock GTM Strategy, you will play a vital role within the Ad Sales division, joining a blue-chip team with significant media experience in addition to varied professional services backgrounds. You will impact new revenue generation across Peacock and the NBCUniversal portfolio of media assets by identifying growth opportunities, defining GTM strategies, and ensuring tactical execution. In doing so, you will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Formulate GTM sales strategies for Peacock to achieve annual/quarterly budget goals, within the context of the broader NBCU Ad Sales portfolio and its budget goals.

Maintain firm grasp of marketplace and competitive trends to identify and assess opportunities.

Facilitate cross-functional brainstorms with senior stakeholders to ideate on new initiatives.

Lead quantitative analysis of demand, including opportunity sizing of both traditional/existing demand channels and emerging/new demand sources.

Reconcile supply-based budget models with demand-based analyses, in coordination with Ad Sales Finance.

Analyze and recommend trade-offs between price, volume and yield-generating strategies.

Partner with Digital & Cross-Platform Video, Global, Local and Agency Strategy teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities for portfolio holistically.

Partner with cross-functional leads across the Ad Sales organization to ensure execution of GTM strategies, including tactical week-to-week guidance and support.

Partner with senior stakeholders to establish buy-in and develop implementation plans to operationalize GTM strategies.

Ensure strategic priorities incorporated into client materials in partnership with Marketing, Research and Sales.

Ready understanding of quarterly sales pacing (to budget revenue and/or other goals), to recommend adjustments to GTM strategies or tactics as appropriate.

Influence decision-making at cross-functional leadership level.

Lead ad hoc requests/projects with thoughtful, diligent business case analysis in coordination with cross-functional partners both inside and outside of Ad Sales.

Manage direct report(s) and/or other members of Peacock Ad Sales Strategy team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience at a media company, agency, or sales organization.

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in Planning, Sales Strategy or other operational function.

Strong capacity for working across functions, defining goals, and driving action and execution on goals; Strong ability to lead direct and indirect teams.

Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills.

Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides.

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly and succinctly.

Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently.

BA/BS or equivalent experience required.

Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Must be 18 years or older.

Ability to develop strong relationships with across all levels of the organization.

Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem; digital & advanced advertising experience preferred.

Proactive, self-starter with excellent ability to drive change.
