Overview:
Claims, Contact Center, and Digital Enablement (C3DE) is looking for a Senior Scrum Master with experience to manage the execution of initiatives supporting our Digital Enablement initiatives across our portfolio.
The assignment for this role is to support Enterprise Mobile Application plus additional non-Mobile team responsibilities.
We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented individual with strong Agile, technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Educate and coach the team in Agile Methodology, ensuring that the agreed Lean-Agile process is being followed. Acts as a role model for servant leadership.
- Role requires ability to influence and work effectively with key stakeholders and business sponsors in a timely manner.
- Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk, supports and manages backlog health, and plans for future milestone releases. Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders (Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning, Quarterly Planning, etc.).
- Leads team maturity effort through continuous improvement mindset.
- Serves as a filter to remove impediments to progress as identified by the team.
- Protects the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on Scrum Team priorities.
- Partners with the Product Owner and Product Manager to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team; supports teams KPI’s.
- Drive continuous improvement mindset.
- Partner with integrating LOB application Teams and application Production Support/Reliability Engineering teams.
- Partner with and manage vendor implementation partner and 3rd party vendor integrations
- Manage and oversee resource planning and financial management for application.
- Team Foundational understanding of application technology framework to guide and support team in delivery; demonstrated ability and desire to learn new technologies.
- Matrixed reporting, provides coaching/feedback to ensure team success.
