Key Responsibilities:

Join us in this exciting role as a Scrum Master for one or more software engineering teams building United's Ancillary Retail Platforms. Your primary goal will be to foster an environment where your team is engaged, productive, and satisfied. You'll guide and coach your team in planning, executing, and continuously improving, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing their impact.

  • Establish, manage, and continually refine impactful processes that help the team achieve their goals.
  • Advocate for your team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality products.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog that aligns with the team's objectives.
  • Publish a roadmap and provide regular updates for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts as necessary, aligning all team members on success metrics.
  • Continually improve the team's efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience as a successful Scrum Master.
  • A lean startup mindset with an enterprise perspective, enabling rapid technology scaling and cohesive collaboration with enterprise technology teams within United Digital Technology.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplined, cross-functional technical organization with matrix reporting relationships.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
