Were currently seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our dynamic team. As a Master Plumber at Serenity Plumbing Inc, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of plumbing projects including commercial and residential service work, remodels, and new construction. This position requires a skilled and licensed professional who is knowledgeable in plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, install, and repair plumbing systems for commercial and residential properties, including water, sewer, and gas lines.
• Perform service work, including troubleshooting and fixing plumbing issues, installing fixtures, and handling emergency repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs, project details, and inspection reports.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide clear communication, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Virginia.
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing, with a proven track record in commercial and residential projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various physical conditions.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Clean background record
