Job Description

We’re currently seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our dynamic team. As a Master Plumber at Serenity Plumbing Inc, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of plumbing projects including commercial and residential service work, remodels, and new construction. This position requires a skilled and licensed professional who is knowledgeable in plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
Responsibilities:

Plan, install, and repair plumbing systems for commercial and residential properties, including water, sewer, and gas lines.
Perform service work, including troubleshooting and fixing plumbing issues, installing fixtures, and handling emergency repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs, project details, and inspection reports.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide clear communication, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Virginia.
5+ years of experience in plumbing, with a proven track record in commercial and residential projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in various physical conditions.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Clean background record
