We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of expertise in plumbing systems installation, maintenance, and repair. This role involves supervising and guiding other plumbers, managing plumbing projects from start to finish, and ensuring all plumbing work meets regulatory standards and company quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Plumbing Projects: Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Supervise Plumbing Team: Lead and provide guidance to plumbing staff, including apprentices and journeyman plumbers, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are consistently met.
• Inspection and Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to ensure they are installed and functioning in line with local, state, and federal codes.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently, employing advanced techniques and equipment.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with other construction and maintenance teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
• Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates for plumbing projects, order materials, and manage inventory for efficient project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including permits, inspection results, and project status reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• License: Valid Master Plumber’s License in Nevada
• Experience: Minimum of [5+] years of professional plumbing experience, with significant experience in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Codes: Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
