Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Licensed Plumbing Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and executing complex plumbing projects. This role involves overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, and providing leadership to junior plumbers and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of plumbing projects from inception to completion.
• Design and install plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of plumbing systems.
• Estimate labor, materials, and project costs accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and schedule work for junior plumbers and apprentices, providing mentorship and training as needed.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plumbing systems, including water supply, waste, and vent systems.
• Ensure safety standards are strictly adhered to on all job sites.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in plumbing techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Master Plumbers License required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing and completing complex plumbing projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
