Job Description
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Licensed HVAC Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and executing complex HVAC projects. This role involves overseeing HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, and providing leadership to junior HVAC technicians and apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects from inception to completion.
- Design, install, and service HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Ensure all HVAC work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of HVAC systems.
- Estimate labor, materials, and project costs accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and schedule work for junior HVAC technicians and apprentices, providing mentorship and training as needed.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
- Ensure safety standards are strictly adhered to on all job sites.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in HVAC techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Master HVAC License required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing and completing complex HVAC projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
