About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Mechanic to join our team. As a Master Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet & machinery. You will be expected to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, as well as perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic systems, brakes, and electrical components will be essential to the success of our operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Will be working from mobile at multiple branches in Maryland, Specifically around Baltimore
• Must be able to weld, need to be able to read a scanner
• Must provide your own tools and equipment
• Fleet: Ford trucks, mowers, trailers, Cat skid steers, small equipment
• 5+ years of experience as a mechanic, with a focus on heavy equipment and machinery
• Expertise in hydraulic systems, brakes, and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Experience with plant maintenance and repair
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance and repair

Responsibilities:
