QA/QC Inspector
to join the Woodman Point Team! In this role, you will effectively manage the QA/QC inspection and verification of work in accordance with the approved inspection and test plans, specifications, relevant national and international standards. Clough , as part of the
Integrate Alliance , is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the
Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities , a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions. Your focus will include: Develop and maintain an awareness of the hazards and associated HSSE risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimize those risks. Reviewing QA/QC Documentations. Day to day inspections and verifications of construction activities. Inspection visits to sub-contractors/vendors facilities for inspections. Reporting on quality performance and highlighting issues and concerns to management and assist the close out of quality issues. Liaison with key stakeholders such as vendors, engineers, site supervisors to promote required quality acceptance criteria. Initiate NCR’s for non-conforming products and input into corrective/preventive actions solutions. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Alliance policies and processes. What you will bring to the team: Trade Qualifications. CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent. NACE Level II or equivalent combined with a minimum of 3 years practical experience. Demonstrate a personal visible commitment to Alliance HSSE Policies, Group Zero Harm initiatives and strategies and HSSE management system requirements and expectations. Knowledge in piping and mechanical installation inspection. Good understanding of NDE methods. Good communication and report writing skills. Clough’s people enjoy: A competitive remuneration package.
