Where is the work:

This position has been designated as full-time, on-site at our La Crosse, WI facility and is considered safety-sensitive.

What you will do:
  • Implement and control the production schedule
  • Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
  • Determine the human resources and material resources required.
  • Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
  • Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
  • Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures ensure adherence to product quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
  • Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports.
  • Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including materials, engineering, and quality.


What you will bring:

•Bachelor's degree preferred; 7+ years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations/manufacturing required.

•Understanding and commitment to Lean Manufacturing

•Experience managing people

•Must be able to manage effectively in an organized labor manufacturing environment

•Work within labor agreement.

•Ability to manage and develop direct and indirect reports.

•Financial management skills/knowledge

•Familiar with quality systems.

•Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

•Comfortable in both in person and remote environments

•Strong technical aptitude with passion for excellence

•Strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills

•Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.

•Effectively communicate concepts and decisions.

•Make timely decisions and maintain accountability for such decisions.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $ 105,000-145,000/annually
