Robert Half is seeking a Business Analyst to join John Deere's team. This role focuses on evaluating existing business processes and initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing moderate-complexity projects. The Business Analyst II will play a key role in resolving process issues, developing innovative solutions, and serving as a subject matter expert within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and recommend practical solutions for process improvement.
- Document "as-is" and "to-be" processes, detailing changes required for transition.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure project alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Support and lead stakeholder engagement activities to address needs and concerns effectively.
- Identify, evaluate, and propose solutions to project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, documenting findings from technological and organizational perspectives.
- Collect and analyze data to produce accurate reports for project stakeholders.
- Assign short-term work schedules to team members to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Review and propose continuous improvements for existing operations in assigned areas.
- Prepare complex documents and summarize data using various technology applications and office software.
- Enhance personal capabilities through training, coaching, and maintaining industry knowledge by attending conferences and staying updated on best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.
- 13 months to 3 years of experience in business process analysis and project management.
- Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).
