We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Compliance Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Lake Forest, California, within the Manufacturing industry. The prevalent function of this role involves working intimately with various departments to define, deliver, and support IT business solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzing and aligning the most suitable technical, application, or configuration solutions with business initiatives
• Conducting business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses
• Collaborating with technical personnel and acting as a liaison between them and the appropriate end-user departments
• Monitoring and maintaining applications, restoring services for end users, and ensuring system and application environments' availability and performance
• Developing, documenting, and managing requirements and providing detailed design and business rules throughout the project life cycle
• Evaluating and translating end user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors
• Participating in system software upgrades, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deploying
• Creating, reviewing, and delivering end-user documentation such as user guides, process flow charts, and training materials
• Proposing and implementing systems enhancements that will improve the system's reliability and performance
• Managing, resolving, and documenting issues and events related to system and environment availability.• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Compliance Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Business Systems and CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Knowledge and experience in Audit Compliance and general Compliance practices
• Familiarity with Compliance Documentation production and Compliance Software usage
• Experience in Compliance Reporting
• Understanding of ISO Quality, ISO Quality Standards, and ISO Standards
• Knowledge of SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
• Experience in defining User Requirements
• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Configuration
• Ability to Analyze Business Requirements
• Experience in Design Implementation and Implementation Review
• Proficiency in creating Implementation Roadmaps
• Experience in Policy Implementation
• Familiarity with Salesforce Implementations and Software Implementations
• Experience in System Conversion - Implementation
• Knowledge of Oracle software
• Experience in Business Process Improvement
• Ability to create User Guides and Process Flow Charts
• Experience in creating Training Materials
• Knowledge of QA - Quality Assurance, QC - Quality Control and QM - Quality Management
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance Standards
• Experience in conducting Quality Audits and Quality Reviews
