Role: UKG Business Analyst (HR Technology Partner) Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Long Term Contract Rate: $50 to $55/hr on C2C Overview: This role involves participating in a full life cycle system implementation, migrating from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions). The HR Technology Partner will collaborate with key stakeholders to define accruals and timekeeping business requirements, support system design and configuration, participate in testing, and lead change management efforts. The project scope includes integrating the new timekeeping system with Workday HCM and US Payroll for approximately 15,000 employees across the US and Puerto Rico. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with internal business owners and stakeholders to document enterprise accruals and timekeeping requirements. Serve as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for accruals and timekeeping, partnering with business users in analysis, design, testing, and deployment. Analyze current state processes and identify opportunities for improvement with the new tool. Understand the end-to-end integration design between Workday HCM/US Payroll and UKG Dimensions, as well as other downstream systems. Support configuration of the UKG Dimensions tool in collaboration with technology partners. Create and execute test cases for system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel testing; document and resolve discrepancies. Facilitate UAT for business stakeholders and work with the training team to develop and roll out end-user training materials. Support communication, change management, and deployment activities, including Hypercare post-implementation support. Must have skills: UKG accrual configuration Workday Testing Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and education. Experience: 6 years with HR technologies, preferably in HR or Shared Services. 3 years with UKG Pro WFM, Workday, or other leading HCM solutions. UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM migration experience, including Accruals and Time & Attendance. Troubleshooting UKG Accruals configurations and transitioning accruals from Workday to UKG Pro WFM. Familiarity with UKG Pro WFM areas such as Attestation, Personas, Attendance, and Mobile. Strong ability to run reports and dataviews in WFC and UKG Pro WFM. Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels. Analytical mindset and ability to manage workflows and timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience implementing Accruals and Time Entry Methodologies in UKG Pro WFM. Preferred Qualifications: Workday HCM/Payroll experience. Familiarity with project management tools and processes. Experience with Piece and Flag/Activities Module in UKG. Experience implementing GeoLocation and GeoFencing.
