Tasks: Assist with implementation of the client s e-File application, and help end users navigate learning and using the system post-go-live. Interface with client IT team on incidents and problems that need higher level technical support. Skills Required: 3-5 years - Experience resolving technical issues 3-5 years - Experience supporting users 3-5 years - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio 3-5 years - Experience with Adobe Acrobat Skills Desired A plus to have: Experience with SharePoint Experience with audio/video equipment, preferably JAVS (or similar) Rate depends on experience Companies submitting candidates should only submit direct W2 employees for this position.
