Tasks:

• Assist with implementation of the client s e-File application, and help end users navigate learning and using the system post-go-live.
• Interface with client IT team on incidents and problems that need higher level technical support.

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years - Experience resolving technical issues
• 3-5 years - Experience supporting users
• 3-5 years - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
• 3-5 years - Experience with Adobe Acrobat

Skills Desired A plus to have:

• Experience with SharePoint
• Experience with audio/video equipment, preferably JAVS (or similar)
