Our client, a leading investment management firm who is dedicated to delivering exceptional financial solutions and creating value for their clients is seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join their team.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that their systems and processes align with their strategic goals. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, financial acumen, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop and maintain process workflows, use cases, and system diagrams to support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system functionality.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and investment strategies.
- Provide ongoing support for system enhancements, including testing, troubleshooting, and training.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in investment management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial or investment management sector.
- Strong understanding of investment management processes, financial products, and market trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
