This important resource will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business objectives and IT capabilities. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate those needs into technical requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions that enhance business processes and drive growth. Requirement Gathering Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Data Analysis Gather and analyze data to identify business needs and opportunities. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help drive business decisions. Process Improvement Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Stakeholder Communication Liaise between departments and communicate findings and recommendations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables. Documentation Create detailed documentation, including business cases, process maps, and system requirements. Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation. Project Support Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Reporting Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand business performance. Testing and Validation Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of delivered solutions meet business requirements. Training and Support Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use new systems and processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Certifications (Preferred): CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis), or similar certifications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages like SQL or Python can be beneficial. Problem-Solving: Ability to devise data-driven solutions for business problems.
