Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Business/Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing design solutions, testing scenarios, and ensuring successful integration of solutions into the overall application/system. The ideal candidate will contribute to story refinement, define requirements, and guide the team in estimating the necessary work throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will play a key role in mitigating risks through proof of concepts and innovative approaches while driving process improvements for our Operations.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop design solutions and test scenarios to ensure seamless integration into existing applications/systems with robust interfaces.
  • Contribute to refining user stories and defining clear requirements for the development team.
  • Participate in and guide the team in estimating work efforts necessary to implement requirements effectively.
  • Conduct spikes/proofs of concept as needed to explore new ideas and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to connect insights across various applications and business processes, maintaining an end-to-end (E2E) perspective.
  • Identify project priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

You are:

  • Strong business knowledge of Wholesale Credit products and Client Onboarding/KYC processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data standards and data quality remediation processes.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL; experience with Oracle Exadata or 10g and above.
  • Proficient in query tools for data analysis, capable of writing and analyzing complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Experienced in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for prioritizing work and resource assignment.
  • Expertise in analytical thinking, attention to detail, and innovative problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, adapting messages for technical and executive audiences.
  • A strong team player who can influence and guide colleagues towards success.
  • Willingness to seek assistance and ask questions as needed.
