Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Our challenge
Technical BA should have good understanding of prog languages like Java or python and AI. Need BA that has knowledge or understanding of the front end technology {like java, APIs, Angular etc). Previous applications working experience, they need not be hands on in these technologies. Kindly submit profiles accordingly. who work on API mappings and understands basics of APIs.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis processes to understand business needs and objectives
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and test plans
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards
Requirements:
You are:
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and BPMN
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes
- Strong business analysis skills and experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
It would be great if you also had: Banking/ Financial Experience
