Day-to-Day: Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client's team. This person will be responsible for creating, maintaining and supporting CRM related business processes, systems and documenting requirements. They will refine and help document solutions in the form of user stories. This person will also implement the business/technical solutions in Salesforce as well as support testing. Must-haves: 5 years experience as a Business Analyst Previous experience as a salesforce administrator Experience participating in Scrum/Agile environment Process improvement skills (process mapping, problem identification & solutioning) Plusses: Salesforce Certifications
