Job Description



As part of our client's film group, this position is responsible for delivering design solutions to key business initiatives; provide support to application issues on a day-to-day basis; innovate, design, and implement software solutions within company standards; and collaborate effectively with the our client's business team, the other IT cross-functional teams and business units to provide expert system development life cycle support. Responsibilities will include:



  • Lead the requirements analysis/gathering, business process definition and design sessions with the business stakeholders to deliver new functionalities
  • Create functional and high-level technical designs based on business requirements which includes "As Is" and "To Be" workflows, use case specification, screen and high level conceptual table design, test plans and other established documentation
  • Participate in peer design reviews to ensure that the design is complete and up to the team's standards
  • Work independently to review the system documentation and learn the existing functionality
  • Create and execute test plans
  • Provide expert trouble-shooting capabilities to assess, identify, test, and resolve reported application issues for daily production support of the application
  • Coordinate with other IT project teams within the organization to design new automated interfaces with upstream/downstream source systems and provide support for the existing interfaces
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to the user community on application features and enhancements
  • Work closely with the director and project managers to establish project scoping, prioritization and provide regular project status


Compensation



$55/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
