About Client: The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries. Rate Range: $65-$70/Hr Job Description: Must Haves: Documentation (BRD, SRS, Test Cases) and Agile development methodology In-depth knowledge of Swap products - TRS. Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps and Synthetic Prime Business. Understanding of Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC etc.) Experience with Equity Swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime preferred. Experience of Product implementation / Integration essential Detailed knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecyle Thorough understanding of the roles in a Trade Lifecycle - Front Office, Middle Office and Operations. BA Skills: Applying analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issues Requirements gathering ,Conducting and documents analyses, applying guidelines and standards Providing recommendations about hardware, software, or other technology solutions Differentiating strategic and tactical decisions Understanding business problems and goals of users Recommending solutions and technical solutions Resolving conflicts between user requirements Supporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed solution Analyzing data to predict trends through research Presenting your findings to business stakeholders Ability to solve business problems through analytical and logical thinking Ability to simplify complex concepts Good To have: Business and finance knowledge desirable.
