Job Description
Tower Strategy Group is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to fill a full-time Consulting Analyst position in our Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate should possess robust organizational skills, strong analytical skills, primary and secondary research experience, and be able to work well both individually and on a team. We are a boutique strategy consulting firm, and, as such, much of our work requires communication both in-house and with our clients. Therefore, strong written and oral communication skills are imperative.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Collecting and analyzing data
- Conducting primary and secondary research
- Organizing and preparing materials for client workshops
- Writing client deliverables
- Supporting our senior team in client interaction and management
- Leading business development efforts
- Participating in firm development efforts
- Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years relevant professional experience
Required experience:
- Quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision and collaborate within a team
- Primary and secondary research
- Microsoft Office suite (emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel)
- Client-facing experience
- Experience with workshop facilitation and project management
TSG has implemented a hybrid work schedule in which our team works from our Alexandria-based office two days per week, and works remotely the remainder of the week.
