Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Deliver complete functional specification and design of an integration by entity starting from any source to any target system both internal/external including
- Data Flow Diagrams.
- Transaction Sequence Diagrams.
- Database table Definitions, SQL queries, stored procedures etc.
- Define integration pattern along with the transport/communication protocols.
- Model sample messages (xml, json, csv, fixed length, EDI etc.) from source and target system.
- API interface and contract definitions for the services.
- Create versioned CIM's (Common Information Models), a standard definition of any given entity for ex: PR's, PO's, Invoices, Receipts, Master Data such as Clients, Suppliers/Vendors, Properties, Chart of Accounts, Legal Entities, BU's, FMC's etc.
- Define Business Rules that govern how the data should be enriched and can then be integrated.
- Develop mapping documents that defines the field level data maps of any inbound/outbound transactional entity between source/target system and the calculations required around financial data by country.
- Define regression use-cases that need to be developed to support multi-country/multi-region transactions.
- Business analysis and reporting for Integration enablement for MyBuy/SI/IScala/MyFinance/JDE for new customer onboardings.
- Supporting ~300+ P2P/CMMS integrations as a normal business operation.
- Enhance client framework for File Transfer Protocol security to meet GSCO mandates.
- Integrate new integrations for secrets management in vault.
- Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.
- Document and maintain software functionality.
- Enhancing platform by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a techno-functional lead with ERP systems.
- Experience within multiple ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, JDE, Workday, etc
- Must be an expert in P2P/PTP (Procure to Pay),along with experience inGeneral Ledger,Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Costing Methods and Budgeting functionality within ERP systems.
- Expert level experience with business process design and refinement.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, solutioning, testing, and training.
- Best practice knowledge with regards to Accounting and Supply Chain processes.
- Project planning for multiple global integration projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of middleware platform technologies to be able to arrive at an optimal design pattern.
- Good understanding of transport protocols HTTP, TCP, SOAP, REST, XML, CSV, JSON etc.
- Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures and work with multiple DB flavors.
- Must be technical to understand back-end database and complexity with ERP integration
Must Haves:
- Understanding of Web Services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST)
- Some sort of ERP experience
- Need experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders
- SQL Experience
