Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

New York (4 days in the office/pw)

$110k - $130k + Bonus

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a Financial Services client in New York on a FT basis.

ROLE:

• Drive adoption of Salesforce cross at all levels across all lines of business
• Communicate complex information effectively to employees at various levels within the organization, and to answer questions clearly and concisely
• Address user questions, aggregate and prioritize user feedback, and plan and implement Salesforce enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback and organizational goals
• Identify gaps between current processes and enterprise processes, define solutions to address gaps
• Document user stories, and business requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years working as a business analyst in a fast-paced environment

• 2+ years in a Salesforce Administrator position

• Knowledge of AppExchange products and third-party integrations

• Comfortable voicing opinions and preferences with respect

• Proven history of engaging employees at all levels across the organization to understand business needs and systematically gather feedback

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process gaps and design and produce highly effective solutions

• Ability to provide Salesforce training, end-user support and basic configuration
